Accessible tourism involves a type of services and facilities for people with specific needs accessibility makes disabled people enjoy a holiday and their leisure time without barriers or problems.
Some people have specific needs for example elderly people, disabled individuals and people with particular diets or with allergy problems, they need particular comforts and facilitations during their trips.
Among tourists with special needs, there are more women travellers than men, on the contrary to what happens in the whole universe of tourists.
